Posture and Movement Training
Pain and injury are often associated with faulty movement and posture. That’s why we integrate ‘hands on treatment’ with exercise rehabilitation. Our approach focuses on a thorough assessment and retraining of your movement and posture using clinical pilates and yoga based exercise.
Our expertise and broad experience in different movement disciplines allows us to develop a highly individualised and effective program for you. We aim to make significant changes to your posture, movement and levels of pain within between 5 and 10 sessions. We achieve this by working with you one-to-one to ensure correct and safe technique both in our studio and at home.
