About the Healthy Back Programme

As with all new exercise regimes we suggest you consult your health care practitioner first. If you have back pain the ‘Healthy Back Programme’ can complement but is not intended to replace professional medical diagnosis and treatment. It has not been designed for practising during pregnancy.

Delivery

Returns Policy

The product should reach you in full working order. If it is faulty we will issue you with a full refund, including all delivery charges. You will need to return the product together with a note giving the reason for the return to Way of Health, 85 Tartar Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2AS. You must return the item to us no later than 30 days after receipt. (If you need to return goods we request that you use second class recorded delivery.)

Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund (not including postage and packaging costs) any time up to 7 working days from date of delivery, provided that the product is returned undamaged and complete, together with its relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition. To cancel the order please provide notification of such cancellation in writing and return the product to us in its original and unused condition, along with the wrapping and receipt to Way of Health, 85 Tartar Road, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 2AS. (If you need to return goods we request that you use second class recorded delivery.)
